We're Remodel Health, the health benefits platform that helps organizations save money and care well for their teams. We're helping employers reimagine the way they provide employees with health benefits at work. Our platform shifts organizations from traditional, old-school, one size fits all health insurance plans to an individualized health insurance experience for each employee and their family.
Our company was built to serve the big “C” church. Our core customer pipeline consists of churches, Christian schools/colleges, and Christian owned businesses in our markets. With that said, as other organizations have seen the savings coupled with great benefits, we open our doors to all opportunities that God provides. We specifically have found that we serve well in both the retirement village space as well as rural hospitals. We also try to work closely with established brokers in our markets as solution partners.

The sales team is looking for an Engagement Director who is passionate about engaging prospective organizations and communicating Remodel Health solutions in the Charlotte, NC area. We are looking for driven, consultative-sales professionals with strong interpersonal skills.
With your success in mind, we provide hands-on product and sales training to prepare you and Remodel Health for success.
