As the Sales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data analysis support on various projects for the Engagement team and other Departments. Your role will include becoming the data expert on the health insurance marketplace and Remodel Health’s sales initiatives. The Sales Data Analyst will report to the Benefits Manager as part of the Sales Operations team.

Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze and evaluate data to track key metrics in the health insurance market.
    • Provide detailed analysis on medical and other data in order to better service the customer and the sales team.
    • Synthesize raw data into actionable information and reports to key parties and departments.
    • Utilize project management skills to ensure accurate completion of projects and maintain process documentation.
    • Manage multiple projects at a time in support of sales and implementation initiatives
    • Drive key strategic initiatives focused on improving both internal and external processes.

    The ideal candidate has:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales or data analysis
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Advanced MS Excel/Google Analysis skills required
    • Time management skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
    • A proactive attitude. Willing to identify gaps and create solutions for internal processes
    • Ability to learn new things quickly
    • Willingness to work with other internal team members effectively
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • Ability to display exceptional customer service skills
    • Great communication skills
    • Previous experience in sales or high traffic operations environment
    • Background experience in health insurance a plus, but not required
    • SQL/Power BI experience a plus
