Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive team player to join our Sales Operations Team! As a Sales Operations Analyst (SOA), you will be responsible for providing support on various projects to promote revenue growth and retention. You will interface directly with the Account Executive team, the Broker Business Unit, Account Management team, and other revenue generation channels developed to support that objective. You will also work with the Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to provide cohesive support for our organizations.
You will be expected to grow in expertise in the Remodel Health software platform, and its evolving features, as well as our core products, ICHRA+ and Wage+ as SOA. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations who will help provide direction in response to the needs of revenue growth and retention. This role will also take direction from the Senior Sales Operations Analysts who will manage day-to-day workflow.
