Sales Engagement Director

Our platform shifts organizations from traditional, old-school, one size fits all health insurance plans to an individualized health insurance experience for each employee and their family. We are a faith-based organization with a heart to serve organizations. Our core customer pipeline consists of K-12 private schools, Christian colleges, and faith-based NFPs. With that said, as other organizations have seen the savings coupled with great benefits, we have seen incredible growth in the private sector.

The sales team is looking for an Engagement Director who is passionate about engaging prospective organizations and communicating Remodel Health solutions in the Tampa area. This individual will be responsible to work opportunities throughout the state of Florida. We are looking for driven, consultative-sales professionals with strong interpersonal skills. Background in health benefits is desirable, but consideration will be given to any individual demonstrating a track record of consistent delivery of results.

With your success in mind, we provide hands-on product and sales training to prepare you and Remodel Health for success.

Responsibilities

• State-wide Remodel Health account ownership
• Lead development and pipeline build within your geographic designation
• Forward facing customer benefits consulting

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer-facing solution selling or communication role
• Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred or
• Professional experience as a senior pastor or executive pastor
• Passion for coming alongside organizations in need of support
• Experience in a communication driven field
• Problem-solving pedigree
• Currently hold or willingness to obtain an FL Health and Life Producer License
