The Launch team is looking for a Launch Coordinator to join us in providing flawless execution for onboarding new Remodel Health customers. You will partner with an organization’s key decision makers to successfully implement their health benefit strategy. With this role, you will oversee the new customer onboarding journey for organizations that decide to partner with Remodel Health.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact and onboarding guide for new clients
  • Onboard organizations with an established timeline while also finalizing and implementing their individual health benefit strategy
  • Learning and using various software tools that enable successful launches
  • Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process
  • Track documentation and individual employee healthcare enrollment
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure accurate completion of projects and metrics
  • Coordinate and manage occasional onsite launches
  • Manage multiple onboarding organizations at a time
  • Collaborate internally with all Sales and Operations teams to oversee a seamless onboarding experience
  • Drive to continually improve internal processes and the end to end customer journey


The ideal candidate:

  • Possess strong time management skills, is able to be proactive, and can work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Understands and is driven to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to display exceptional customer service skills
  • Has an understanding of how to communicate effectively with groups of people and can lead conversations and meetings
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to work with other internal team members effectively
  • Humble willingness to learn, ask questions, observe, and be ready to teach others
  • 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Service and/or Health Insurance (preferred but not required)
